Private Lessons

Individualized instruction designed around the wrestler's specific needs. Private lessons may focus on technique development, position-specific training, drilling, match analysis, or correcting areas identified through competition.

Private lessons are available by appointment as scheduling permits.

1 Wrestler — $50/hour

2 Wrestlers — $75/hour

3–4 Wrestlers — $100/hour

Lessons Can Focus On:

• Takedown technique

• Top and bottom wrestling

• Position-specific development

• Drilling and repetition

• Match strategy

• Video review and technical correction

• Individual areas identified by the athlete, parent, or coach
