7 weeks of highly focused preseason training with an emphasis on takedowns, top wrestling, defense, drilling to win, and intensity.
Includes mindset training designed to help wrestlers build confidence, preparation habits, and the competitive mindset needed for a strong start to the season.

Designed specifically for beginners and new wrestlers in grades K–2.
No previous wrestling experience required.

No experience necessary. A focused preseason camp designed to develop technique, confidence, and wrestling fundamentals.
Supplemental in-season training designed to help wrestlers continue developing while competing for their school or home program.

For Grades 6–8 OAC State Qualifiers, Alternates, and any highly competitive wrestlers preparing for the postseason.
